Supervised staff
Our co-founding nursing assistant, Marlie, is a member in good standing of the OIIAQ (permit no. 89224). Nursing care is provided according to an existing medical order or care plan. Our personal support workers (PSWs) work within their training and scope of practice.

MCV carries professional liability insurance and handles personal information in accordance with Law 25.

Our coordinator contacts the client (or you, as you prefer) during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., weekends 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Free assessment
A home visit or virtual meeting to define the exact needs. For nursing care, the existing care plan or medical order serves as the reference.
Services begin
The assigned caregiver starts on the agreed schedule, with regular follow-up and adjustments as needed.
